Last night was rough. Tossing, turning, staring at the ceiling—sleep just wouldn’t come. My mind raced, replaying past conversations, worrying about the future, and overthinking things that probably don’t even matter. At some point, I gave up. Scrolled through my phone, tried deep breathing, and even counted sheep—nothing worked. When sleep finally arrived, it felt like seconds before the alarm shattered the silence. Now, here I am, running on fumes, trying to power through the day. Coffee helps, but I know tonight, I need to reset—less stress, less screen time, and maybe a better bedtime routine. Here’s to hoping for a good night ahead. Ever had one of those nights?
